Welcome to Dublinfoodclub! Your guide to brunch, lunch and dinner in Dublin city. Also to include recipes for easy, healthy meals 🙂 I’d like to start by saying that I am not a qualified dietitian or nutritionist, I just know what works for me and what will hopefully work for you too.
The idea for dublinfoodclub originated simply because I love food. Whether it’s meeting a friend for brunch or cooking a meal for myself, it’s always been a passion of mine. I’ve made a few changes to my diet over the years and it’s been interesting to see how it’s affected my health. A healthy lifestyle is more encouraged and promoted these days and that’s great, but what is “healthy” for one person may not suit another. So any recipes that I post, try them out, modify them and see what works for you!
As someone who has learned to deal with a food intolerance personally and knows many others that have too, I thought I could share some tips that have my made life a whole lot easier over the past four years!
